Providing Comments to Budget Committee:
Anyone wishing to comment in person or virtually during Public Comment/Request for Appropriations, please notify the City Recorder by 4:00 pm on the date of the meeting or sign up on the form in the Council Chambers before the meeting is called to order. Written comments or testimony may also be submitted to cityrecorder@cottagegrove.org or delivered to the City Recorder by 4:00 pm on the date of the meeting at 400 E Main Street, Cottage Grove, Oregon.

(1) RECONVENE THE MEETING - Chair Amber Bahler

(3) PUBLIC COMMENT/REQUEST FOR APPROPRIATIONS
(4) CONTINUED REVIEW AND DISCUSSION OF 2025-26 PROPOSED BUDGET DOCUMENT
(5) RECESS until next meeting if additional time is needed, or continue the discussion as time allows.

(6) BUDGET APPROVAL (If discussion and review are complete, move to Item 6(a) and 7)
(a) Consider Adopting Resolution No. BC11, Adopting the 2025-26 Budget, Making Appropriations and Imposing and Categorizing Ad Valorem Taxes.
(7) ADJOURNMENT
