What happens when you put a hockey player and a girl who tests recipes for a magazine together? A very sweet unexpected romance. Josephine Rossi is a talented Italian baker who lives in Denver, Colorado. Josephine is extremely passionate about her work and when she meets Cade Callaghan a hockey player for the Denver mountain lions it's one of the first things he's attracted to her. The two decide to take things slowly due to both of them being hurt in past relationships. Let's just say they fall for each other very hard very fast. Towards the end of the book, their relationship gets a little rocky but don't worry. One of the things I liked about the book is the character of Cade and how he has multiple interests outside of hockey. I also like how supportive they are of each other. I think they make a very sweet yet very realistic couple.
