The City of Cottage Grove Police Department is recruiting for Lateral Police Officers to join our department. We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, a passion to serve, solid law enforcement experience and a strong dedication to our core values of service, empathy, integrity, and courage.
WHAT WE OFFER
$6,000 Hiring Incentive!
- $61,200-$83,575.56 Per Year (depending on experience and qualifications)+ Overtime + Training Pay + Cost of Living increase on July 1, 2024.
- 80 Hours of Vacation & 80 Hours of Sick Leave Upon Hire
- Vacation Accrual Commensurate with Years of Service
- 8 Hours of Sick Leave per Month
