GATEWAY BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS – 2017 PROJECT
Dear Bidder:
Pursuant to OAR 137-049-0395, this is Notice of Intent to Award, the above referenced project. This notice shall be posted on the City's website.
The City of Cottage Grove received three (3) responsive bids for the work associated with the "GATEWAY BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS -2017" project. The bids were opened on Friday, October 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The lowest responsive bidder was Brown Contracting, Inc. with an overall bid (Bid Schedules 1-3) of $ 258,640.80.
City staff will recommend award of the contract for GATEWAY BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS - 2017" to Brown Contracting, Inc.and the City Council will make its decision at its regular council meeting on October 23, 2017.
If you wish to protest the City's Intent to Award, you must do so within seven (7) days after the date of issuance of this notice. The protest must follow the process set forth in OAR 137-049-450(4). Any protest not so complying, will not be considered by the City. Protests must be directed to:
