ROW RIVER ROAD PEDESTRIAN CROSSING PROJECT – 2017
Dear Bidder:
Pursuant to Cottage Grove (City) Public Contracting Rule 137-049-0395, the City is issuing this Notice of Intent to Award for the above referenced project. This notice shall be posted on the City's website.[CC1]
The City of Cottage Grove received five (5) responsive bids for the work associated with the "ROW RIVER ROAD PEDESTRIAN CROSSING PROJECT -2017". The bids were opened on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The lowest responsive bidder was Pacific Excavation, Inc. with an overall bid (Bid Schedules 1-3) of $ 90,197.00.
At its regular council meeting on November 27, 2017, the Cottage Grove City Council tentatively awarded the contract for the ROW RIVER ROAD PEDESTRIAN CROSSING PROJECT - 2017" to Pacific Excavation, Inc., contingent upon expiration of the protest period or the City’s denial of any timely filed protests.
If you wish to protest the City's Intent to Award, you must do so within seven (7) days after the date of issuance of this notice. The protest must follow the process set forth in City Public Contracting Rule 137-049-450(4). Any protest not so complying, will not be considered by the City. Protests must be directed to:
