Summer Reading 2025

Level up at your library!

Cottage Grove Public Library launches its Level Up at Your Library summer reading program on June 18th with a kickoff party in Bohemia Park from 3pm to 5pm.  This summer, our programs focus on skill building and games for a variety of ages. 

Summer Reading Kickoff Party

June 18th, 3-5pm at Bohemia Park: sign up for summer reading, pick out a free book, and enjoy a cool refreshment before Concerts in the Park.

Teen Thursdays

• Starting on June 24th, teens and tweens ages 11-18 play games on the Nintendo Switch, play Jackbox Games, or board games. 
• Social time and fun: if you have a Switch or a smartphone/tablet, please bring it with you. Both can be used for our video gaming platforms.

Gaming Wednesdays

• June 25th- Art Collective "Interactive Cloud Project"

• July 2nd- Museum of Natural and Cultural History "Power Play for the Planet"   

• July 9th- Roleplaying Game Basics with Mars from God of Lore Games

• July 16th- Escape Room [registration starts  July 7th]

• July 23rd- Game Day 

• July 30th- Spy School  

• August 6th- Lego Club  

• August 13th- Puzzle Races

• August 20th- SRP wrap up party
