Policy 428
The City of Cottage Grove is updating this policy because 2025 OR SB 277 amended ORS 181A.823 and 181A.826 related to immigration. The proposed changes from Lexipol have been reviewed by the City’s legal counsel and we have prepared a final draft of the policy that we plan to implement to ensure we are in full compliance with Oregon law.
