Sealed bids will be received by the City of Cottage Grove, in the Office of Public Works, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, for the construction of Project No.: 1004 CITY SHOP PROJECT and will then and there be opened and publicly read aloud. Bid proposals received after the date and time fixed for opening will not be considered. No electronic or facsimile submittals will be accepted.
The City of Cottage Grove (Owner) is seeking proposals from general contractors to provide and assemble a fully constructed pre-engineered steel mixed-use building, measuring 60’ x 80’ to be located at 425 North 14th Street (Map 20-03-28-42, Tax Lot 2100 and 3201) in Cottage Grove, Lane County, Oregon. The building will include storage spaces, a metal fabrication space, a conference room and one unisex bathroom; and all work incidental thereto as set forth in the preliminary due diligence study, Geotech report, preliminary site plan, floor plan and specifications.

Notice is hereby given that this contract is for a Public Work, subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
All bids must be sealed and plainly marked on the outside showing the name of the bidder: the project name: the date and time of bid opening: the words "sealed bid": and addressed to Ryan Sisson, Civil Engineer, 400 East Main Street, Cottage Grove, Oregon 97424.
A non-mandatory pre-bid will be held for this project on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at 425 N 14th Street, Cottage Grove.
